![]() ![]() ![]() I have no idea what Zebra did but it sure didn't do anything to make itself visible when Windows checked USB system for any and all devices. It used to be easy to install driver with Windows XP but it hasn't been easy since Vista because none of the Windows from Vista and on can "see" the printer at all. Obviously, I had nothing better to do this weekend than to deal with how much Windows 10 endless update cycle sucks. Mine is a 2844 which I've had for maybe 10 years and through 5 different Windows versions. Just gviing you heads up if you have Windows 10 and Zebra printer. It did work with a test print after it was installed. It wasn't showing up in list of available printer when I needed to print a label and Windows could not see it via automatic detection, I had to manually install it. My computer restarted at about 3:30 AM EDT today (while I slept) for updates and it mysteriously lost my Zebra label printer. Using Windows 10, 64 bits for a year now. ![]()
